Returns

If you choose not to use our pre-paid return label to ship back your merchandise, please include your name, order number and preferred refund method (original form of payment or store credit) and send back to:

Please note, we do not assume responsibility if packages shipped using your own shipping label are lost in transit. 

Shipping

All orders ship from Hayward, Wisconsin within 3-5 business days.

We take pride in our quick shipping, so if you need to make a change to your order, please let us know as soon as possible via email.

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you are unable to locate it within 72 hours of the expected delivery, follow these steps:

- Verify your shipping address

- Check if there was an attempted delivery

- Look around the delivery location (if in an apartment, double check with the front desk)

- Double check if someone else accepted the delivery

- Wait 72 hours – in rare instances, packages may show as 'delivered' up to 72 hours prior to delivery.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause a delay in delivery.
